Marketing Assistant

Job Overview We are searching for a motivated and detail-orientedMarketing Assistantwith a focus on sales support and client engagement. This entry-level role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, organizing promotional efforts, and supporting the sales team with hands-on coordination and communication. Duties • Assist in preparing materials and presentations for client meetings and sales efforts. • Help organize and track leads, follow-up activity, and client communication. • Coordinate production and distribution of printed marketing materials and promotional kits. • Support the team in planning and executing local events, pop-ups, or in-person outreach. • Maintain organized records of sales collateral, client feedback, and service packets. • Assist with inventory tracking and preparation of branded items used during client outreach. • Respond to basic client inquiries or route questions to the appropriate team members. Experience • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred. • Strong communication and organizational skills. • Comfortable supporting in-person client events and team outreach activities. • Professional appearance and a friendly, team-oriented attitude. • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
