Job Description

Job responsibilities for this position includes but not limited to: β€’ Support the marketing team with planning, implementing, and monitoring marketing campaigns. β€’ Assist with the production of marketing materials and collateral. β€’ Help organize and coordinate marketing events such as conferences, webinars, and fairs. β€’ Evaluate data and create reports on key metrics to monitor campaign efficiency and analyze trends. β€’ Write and edit content for different platforms such as social media, website, and press releases. β€’ Provide administrative and project support for a variety of marketing programs. β€’ Manages editorial calendars and writes and edits content for digital projects for internal and external audiences. β€’ Effectively manage allocated budget for digital marketing. β€’ Perform market and client research. β€’ Analyzes research and metrics to inform and plan digital media strategy and ensure campaigns are generating the appropriate traffic and running effectively. β€’ Plans, creates, and recommends effective digital and social media strategies in support of the institution's marketing and business development initiatives. β€’ Utilizes analytics tools to continuously improve user experience. Uses analytics to create effective content. β€’ Assists with the analysis of market data, including campaign results, online traffic, and various other marketing programs to determine effectiveness, including ROI, to improve future marketing strategies and campaigns. β€’ Establishes and monitors project timelines to meet deadlines for promotional efforts/campaigns and assist with the delivery of collateral materials to support promotions and marketing functions. β€’ Monitor the quantity and quality of the company’s SEO efforts (on-site, off-site) and make recommendations to improve rank/performance to generate inbound qualified leads. β€’ Monitor analytics (traffic, engagement, conversion) and make recommendations for improving performance. Perform routine updates to the company website such as meta descriptions, image tags, copy edits, blog posts, etc. Competencies β€’ Superb organizational and time management skills to include meticulous attention to detail. β€’ Ability to handle highly confidential information with professionalism and integrity. β€’ Must be able to work under pressure and adhere to deadlines. β€’ Outstanding attendance and punctuality. β€’ Teamwork capacity to include ability to establish and maintain healthy working relationships with people in the department and the organization in general. β€’ Excellent written and verbal communication skills; researching/problem-solving skills. β€’ Excellent client service skills and the ability to promote and maintain a strong commitment to the mission and values of the organization. β€’ Ability to use logic and reasoning to understand, analyze, and evaluate situations and exercise good judgment to make appropriate decision. β€’ Advanced ad copy writing. β€’ Ability to work independently, multitask and meet deadlines β€’ Exemplary presentation skills β€’ Excellent listening skills β€’ Must be bilingual English/Spanish Preferred Education and Experience β€’ Associate Degree in Marketing or related field β€’ 2+ year of experience in Marketing, social media, journalism, and/or communications β€’ 2+ year of marketing automation (both execution and management of automated marketing campaigns), and digital advertising execution and management (such as running Google AdWords and display advertising campaigns). β€’ Demonstrate experience with social media platforms β€’ Experience with digital advertising campaigns β€’ Experience with Google Analytics (Certification preferred) β€’ Familiarity with web design and publishing β€’ 1+ year of SEO experience β€’ Keyword research experience. β€’ Intermediate graphic design β€’ Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams) β€’ Experience with Monday.com, HubSpot, Hootsuite software and other CRM system software.
