Listing & Platform Management
•     Keep property listings current on commercial real estate platforms, including Crexi, CoStar, and LoopNet.
•     Use mapping and research tools such as ESRI, STDB, and city websites to gather market data, demographics, and create location maps for marketing packages.
Collaboration & Coordination
•     Work closely with brokers, leasing agents, property managers, and development teams to ensure marketing efforts support business goals.
•     Coordinate with vendors (photographers, printers, sign companies, designers) to produce high-quality deliverables on time.
•     Support special projects, events, and community engagement initiatives.
Qualifications:

•     Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
•     Creative thinker with strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
