MARKETING ASSOCIATE:

Each day, Jushi team members continue to grow, cultivate, process and manufacture a comprehensive suite of cannabis brands under the names: The Bank, The Lab, Tasteology, Nira + Medicinals and Sèche, which are addressing a wide variety of consumer and patient needs across multiple states.
THE OPPORTUNITY:
The Marketing Associate is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that promote Jushi’s retail and brands. This position requires a combination of marketing expertise and graphic design skills to create engaging content that drives sales and builds brand awareness.
 

• Execute the distribution of promotional messaging for Jushi’s retail brands (Beyond Hello, NuLeaf and Nature’s Remedy)
• Create digital content that engages customers and drives sales including.
• Design email, SMS/Push campaigns, social media posts, and other digital marketing materials.
• Maintain the retail brand's online presence, including social media accounts, website content, and online advertising campaigns.

• Identify target audiences, create tailored marketing campaigns, and track effectiveness.
• Work closely with the retail and merchandising team to understand needs and create marketing campaigns that drive sales.
• Work with retail to design and fulfill in-store signage and other needs.
• Performs other related duties as assigned by management.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

• Proven experience in marketing and graphic design.
• Excellent design skills, including proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a team.
• Knowledge of the cannabis industry and related regulations is a plus.
• Experience with web design and digital marketing is a mandatory.
• Bachelor’s Degree in marketing or related field or equivalent work experience
• A minimum of 1-3 years’ experience in developing creative and campaigns
• Excellent communications skills
• Creativity and the ability to develop original content.
• Ability to develop content that provokes engagement.
• A passion for the cannabis industry
• Enjoys working in a start-up, fast-paced environment
• Ability to work independently in a highly organized manner
• Must pass a criminal background check
