Context / Scope/Role Summary:

The Casamigos Associate Marketing Manager is responsible for leading and delivering all marketing communications for the brand. We are looking for an entrepreneurial, creative and agile, individual who is hungry and willing to learn all aspects of the business and has an inherent passion to grow brands in culture. High levels of curiosity, brilliant project management, strong communication skills, ability to influence and collaborate across extended teams, and being a proactive champion for the brand internally and externally will be critical to success.

The Casamigos Marketing associalte manager will report into the Marketing Manager. This team will be responsible for developing the brand positioning and distinctive communications.

Responsibilities and Accountabilities

  • Support Global Marketing Director and Senior Manager to develop and deliver positioning and consistent brand creative and TOV across all communications.


  • Deliver highly engaging and distinct communications across marketing channels


  • Develop highly engaging branded experiences for on, off and non-premise events


  • Act as lead liaison with Casamigos PR, Experiential and Social Teams to ensure all brand marketing is consistently living up to Casamigos brand standards


  • Liaise with Experiential Team:


  • Oversee experiential platforms and brand partnerships to deliver increased brand equity and consumer trial.


  • Key input into execution of highly engaging branded experiences for on, off and non-premise events


  • Support for experiential team and experiential agency with assets and tools


  • Support Commercial Activities:


  • In conjunction with Consumer Planning & Activation (CP&A), lead the creation of retailer programs focused on the on and off premise channels.


  • Support brand's digital ecosystem inclusive of CRM and, eCommerce,


  • Support for ad hoc business performance analysis, insight development with planner, and recommendations to address issues or improve existing programming.


Leadership responsibilities/key stakeholders:

  • Always represent company and brand values external when representing Casamigos.


  • Operate in a manner that respects the Diageo Society 2030 goals and Diageo Marketing Code.


  • Key stakeholders are Global Marketing Team and Casamigos Leadership
