Join our dynamic and supportive marketing team, based in New York but globally and regionally connected, where we’re focused on ideating and executing a wide range of compelling marketing and communications for Macquarie’s advisory, capital markets and principal investing business in the Americas.

What role will you play?
In this position, you’ll enhance our business market presence by driving the development of high-quality activations across a range of channels including social media, internal and external communications, events and sponsorships, pitch presentations, and general marketing collateral. This hands-on role will provide you exposure to various corporate sectors and stakeholders, and the opportunity to collaborate with Marketing Managers, Designers and Digital Producers to develop creative solutions that align with our business strategy.
Salary range for this position: $70,000 - $115,000/Year. Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, peer and market data, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. You may also be eligible for an annual discretionary incentive compensation award. What you offer
• 2+ years of B2B marketing experience/communications experience in the financial or professional services sectors, and have obtained an undergraduate degree in a communications, marketing or business discipline
• Excellent written communication skills with creative flair and a theoretical understanding of brand and tone
• Confidence to propose and deliver your ideas, creating engaging, relevant content that aligns with strategic objectives
• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence, collaborate and build relationships with stakeholders at all levels
• An understanding of design and experience working with graphic designers, as well as experience managing the production of collateral end-to-end under tight deadlines.
