Marketing Automation Consultant

Introduction
As a Marketing Automation Consultant at IBM you will help reinvent businesses and industries by developing and utilizing specialized knowledge of industry-specific and cross-industry competitive strategies. You’ll manage complex components of an engagement working closely with clients and their customers to understand their pain points. In this role you’ll work in one of our IBM Consulting Client Innovation Centers (Delivery Centers) where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world.​ Our delivery centers offer our clients locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology.

Your Role and Responsibilities

• Define the customer transformation ambition and end-to-end journey
• Set the vision and identify opportunity areas and key use cases
• Create opportunity value opportunity cost and value management models
• Develop customer segmentation strategies and models; depict future state scenario(s) and competitive positioning providing multiple strategic options
• Define a strategic value creation transformation roadmap
• Engage in C-Level engagement and story telling
• Develop detailed definition of use cases for MVP development
• Define target state Customer-centric Operating Model talent requirements and key capabilities
• Set up and manage Customer Value Management Office
• Develop full business case
• Responsible for value orchestration and realization management

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• 5-6 years of relevant experience in described role
• Relevant industry knowledge (e.g. Public)
• Swiss nationality or valid Swiss work permit / EU passport
