As a Ten-X Marketing Automation Manager in the technology Center of Excellence (CoE), you are responsible for driving operational excellence within our marketing technology systems and processes. This role supports Ten-X and other CoStar brand marketing teams to help achieve their tactical and strategic goals in U.S. and global markets.

Working as part of a cross-functional Center of Excellence team, you will help manage the marketing automation platform and drive programs on the enterprise Salesforce org and in several CoStar brand-specific Pardot Business Units. As a CoE marketing automation expert, you will be a technical liaison with marketing teams and be counted on for your technical expertise in Salesforce and Pardot and your ability to develop complex automation programs to include design, testing, configuration, reporting, and advanced administration.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Pardot Admin; administer the marketing automation platform and serve in a CoE consultative role for marketing automation programs and projects for multiple CoStar brands
• Develop and deploy highly visible end-to-end email marketing campaigns out of Pardot
• Collaborate with marketing to build customer journeys that drive engagement and conversions
• Ensure we are current with feature releases and are using marketing automation best practices
• Capture feedback for marketing platform and process enhancements
• Be an evangelist for Pardot, Salesforce, and all things marketing automation

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• Over 3 years of professional experience in B2B marketing or marketing operations organizations
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Pardot, and Marketing Cloud products
• Highly knowledgeable of Pardot features and functionality and skilled in their usage
• Proficient with HTML/CSS
• Demonstrated analytical skills and proficiency in journey mapping, data analysis, and KPI measurement
• Deep knowledge of sales and marketing technology, platforms, and ecosystems
• In-depth understanding of the relationship between Leads, Contacts, Accounts, Campaigns, and Activities
• A bias for action and an outstanding customer service mentality supported by excellent interpersonal skills
• Excellent oral and written communication
• Ability to multi-task in a dynamic, high-energy environment
• Experience with agile systems & scrum methodology
• Proficient in standard business software including Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Visio
• Bachelor's Degree

• Certified Pardot Specialist
• Certified Pardot Consultant
• Certified Salesforce Administrator
• Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience or certifications
