As a Marketing Automation Manager on the CRM team, a typical day for you will include:

• Marketing Automation Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing automation strategy that aligns with our business objectives and goals.
• Campaign Management: Plan, create, and execute automated marketing campaigns across various channels, including email, SMS, web, and direct mail. Nurturing and converting leads, existing customers, and winback customers.
• Segmentation and Personalization: Utilize marketing automation tools to segment our audience and deliver personalized content that resonates with different customer segments.
• CRM Integration: Collaborate with Technology/Product and Marketing Analytics to ensure seamless integration between marketing automation and CRM systems.
• A/B Testing: With the support of the Lifecycle Marketing Strategists, conduct A/B tests to optimize email templates, and other campaign elements for maximum conversion rates.
• Data Analysis: Analyze the data within our automation tools to identify opportunities for improvement (deliverability, webhooks between platforms, API synching, and more)
• Compliance: Ensure that all marketing automation practices comply with relevant data protection and privacy regulations, such as GDPR and CAN-SPAM, and SMS regulations.

• Experience:
  • Proven experience (5+ years) in marketing automation, using platforms like Marketo, HubSpot, Pardot, or similar. A plus if you have worked with Treasure Data CDP.
  • 5+ years working in ESP's (email service provider), using platforms like Braze, Iterable, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or Sendgrid.
  • Experience building and launching automated journeys (multi-channel a plus).
• Skills:
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (PowerBI, Looker, Tableau).
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Not afraid to respectfully share your opinion or thoughts when making key project decisions.
• Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.
• Schedule / in-office requirements: Open to hybrid model or fully remote
