Position Summary DAI, the strategic management and services organization for the O’Neil family of companies, is seeking aMarketing Communications Specialistto support enterprise-wide marketing initiatives—with aprimary focus on the financial sector, specifically William O’Neil + Company and William O’Neil Securities. In this role, you’ll help shape the brand presence of our institutional research and financial services businesses by creating and publishing high-impact marketing content—including articles forForbes.com, research-driven collateral, and targeted campaigns. You’ll ensure our financial insights reach institutional investors and B2B audiences through polished, compliant, and engaging communications. Compensation & Location • $95K–$110K base salary + 10% annual bonus target • Hybrid schedule: 3 days in-office at3100 E. Plano Pkwy., Plano, TX 75074 Key Responsibilities • Content Development & Publishing • Publish and manage content forForbes.com articles, company websites, research reports, and social media. • Create marketing collateral (brochures, PPT decks, branded materials) tailored to financial sector audiences. • Draft press releases, marketing communications, and copy aligned with institutional research and sales efforts. • Collaborate with creative teams to develop visuals, ads, and presentations targeting niche B2B markets. • Maintain content governance, including corporate disclaimers and entitlements. • Campaigns & CRM • Leverage CRM systems to manage, track, and publish content. • Develop and execute email campaigns: audience segmentation, subject line optimization, HTML integration, and ROI analysis. • Coordinate webinars and video publishing to showcase thought leadership (editing/filming not required). • Partner with sales and stakeholders to drive lead generation within the financial sector. • Analytics & Reporting • Track and analyze marketing performance using Google Analytics, CRM reporting, and Excel. • Extract raw data, create analytics, and present actionable ROI reports to management. • Strategy & Brand • Maintain brand consistency, voice, and compliance across all financial-sector marketing initiatives. • Stay current on digital marketing trends, including AI and automation tools, to scale outreach. • Drive awareness and engagement for a niche financial B2B audience, converting interest into leads. Qualifications & Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field. • 3+ years of experience in marketing/communications, ideally within financial services, research, or professional services. • Proven experience with CRM platforms, publishing workflows, and campaign management. • Strong background in content publishing—websites, social media,Forbes.com or similar external platforms, press releases, and branded collateral. • Hands-on email marketing experience: campaign creation, segmentation, subject line testing, HTML, and ROI reporting. • Proficiency with digital marketing tools (HubSpot, Mailchimp, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite). • Strong Google Analytics, SEO, and Excel skills for performance tracking and reporting. • Experience supporting webinars and publishing video content. • Excellent writing, storytelling, and editing skills with attention to branding and detail. • Energetic, adaptable, and resourceful—you take ownership and thrive in a collaborative environment.
