Position Title: Marketing Communications Business Partner - NZ
Reports To: Director of Integrated Marketing

Are you ready to lead the way in marketing communications? At Schneider Electric, we're driving the digital transformation in energy management and automation. We're looking for a dynamic Marketing Communications Business Partner to take charge of our brand strategy and execution in New Zealand.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the NZ brand strategy (in-line global & zone vision) ensuring a strong local flavour. Be the custodian for the Schneider Electric brand.
• Act as a member of the New Zealand Leadership Team.
• Be the go-to for all transversal corporate communications (external)
• Take the lead on local public relations & thought leadership initiatives.
• Support the business with Internal Communications & events (e.g. HR announcements, Town Halls & Open Lines).
• Ensure marketing metrics (share of voice, digital engagement & commercial impact) are being met.
• Deliver on-the-ground support for Marketing led events.
• Brief and manage external creative agencies and contractors for local content creation such as case studies, launch assets and campaign assets for key NZ-specific initiatives (in conjunction with local & PZ Marketing Teams).

Who You Are:

• University degree in Marketing/Communications with a focus on digital elements.
• Up to 7 years in a marketing discipline, ideally with a background in the electrical industry or trade.
• Excellent communication, organization, and customer orientation. Digitally savvy with strong presentation skills.
