For over 35 years, we’ve delivered food, water, shelter, medicine, and hope to communities in crisis. About the Role Are you a creative communicator who thrives on mission-driven work? We're looking for a Marketing & Communications Manager who can bring our impact to life—online, in print, and everywhere in between. This is a hands-on, versatile role where you'll develop campaigns, write compelling content, manage digital channels, and help grow our brand and donor community. You'll partner closely with the Director of Development to create content and strategies that support fundraising, outreach, and donor engagement. What You’ll Do Campaign Content Creation: Write, edit, and design materials for fundraising campaigns, appeals, newsletters, blog posts, and more. Email Marketing: Build and manage segmented email campaigns that keep donors informed and inspired to give. Social Media & Ads: Create content and oversee performance across social platforms. Coordinate with our digital ad partner and help bring strategy in-house. Website Management: Keep our site fresh, clear, and donor-friendly. Make timely updates and improvements. Brand Storytelling: Ensure consistent voice and messaging across all platforms. Help elevate International Relief Teams visibility and credibility. Print & Direct Mail: Support print collateral and mail appeals—from concept to production. Analytics & Reporting: Monitor digital performance (email, ads, web) and apply insights to improve campaigns. Graphic Design: Design graphics, layouts, and visuals using tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite. Media & PR: Write press releases and help share IRT’s work with local and national audiences. What You Bring 4–6 years of experience in marketing, communications, or digital fundraising (nonprofit experience a plus) Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills Solid grasp of email platforms, social media strategy, and website CMS tools Experience with Google Analytics, SEO, and digital ad performance tracking Eye for visual design and content layout (Canva, Adobe InDesign, or similar) Organized, adaptable, and comfortable juggling deadlines Passion for humanitarian work and helping people in crisis Why Join International Relief Teams?
