Reporting to the Group Manager of Marketing Communications, the Marketing Communications Specialist plays a pivotal role in crafting and executing strategic communication plans to enhance the visibility and reputation of our organization. Reporting directly to the Group Manager of Marketing Communications, this position involves collaboration with cross-functional teams to develop and implement compelling marketing content across various channels. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of creative thinking, strategic planning, and hands-on execution skills to effectively communicate our brand message to target audiences.

What you will do:

• Content Development: Create engaging and impactful content for various marketing channels, including social media, website, email campaigns, and print materials. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand product/service features, benefits, and unique selling propositions.
• Brand Messaging: Ensure consistent and compelling brand messaging across all communication materials. Work closely with the Group Manager to develop and maintain brand guidelines.
• Campaign Management: Plan and execute marketing campaigns to support product launches, promotions, and other key initiatives. Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
• Media Relations: Cultivate relationships with media outlets and manage press inquiries. Edit press releases and work with media agency coordinate media coverage for events and announcements.
• Digital Marketing: Support the development of digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, and social media advertising. Monitor and analyze online presence, providing regular performance reports.
• Event Coordination: Collaborate with event planning teams to ensure marketing communication materials align with event objectives. Plan, source, and execute Peer to Peer programs, regionally and virtually, including webinars. Develop pre and post-event communication strategies.
• Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with internal teams, including product marketing, sales, and design, to ensure cohesive messaging and branding. Communicate effectively with external vendors, agencies, and partners.
• Other activities as assigned.

What you bring:

• Bachelor in marketing or Equivalent experience
• 5+ years of related marketing experience, ideally in marketing communications
• Highly effective project management, prioritization, multi-tasking, and time management skills to meet deadlines
• Experience partnering with an enterprise sales team
• Highly organized with an ability to manage resources, budgets, and onsite personnel for multiple projects at a time
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Creative, innovative, and always think outside the box
• Strong Presentation skills
• A well-defined sense of diplomacy, including solid negotiation, conflict resolution, and people management skills

Compensation - The salary range target for the role described in this job description is $85,000 - $90,000. Final offer amounts depend on multiple factors including but not limited to candidate experience and expertise, geographic location, compensation/equity mix, and market data. This position may also be eligible for additional incentives such as equity awards, short-term incentives, or sales compensation.
