Marketing Coordinator

Innovative Systems/FinScan®a leading global provider of SaaS, software data management and risk and compliance solutions since 1968 is looking for a Marketing Coordinator to develop, coordinate, execute and report on marketing events and campaigns across industries and international markets.
This is an ideal position for a recent graduate looking to jump start their career in marketing. You’ll be working with and be mentored by a savvy team of experienced marketing professionals dedicated to helping you learn and grow.

Location/Work Environment: This is a hybrid position based at our World Headquarters Office in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. You will be expected to be in the Pittsburgh office 1-2 days per week.

What you will be doing

• Participate in and coordinate marketing events, campaigns, and trade shows including scheduling, shipping, setup, and other logistical details
• Communicate with vendors, event coordinators and internal stakeholders ensuring all parties are aligned and updated
• Provide regular reporting on email, advertising, social media campaigns
• Track, monitor, and guide jobs from marketing through to production
• Clean spreadsheets for data import
• Maintain and update the project management calendar
• Participate in team campaign brainstorms
• Keep sales teams channel updated on marketing activities, such as new collateral, events, webinars, press releases, PR content, etc.
• Update pages on WordPress sites
• Assist company teams as needed
• Work in our marketing automation system to set up emails, create lists and other tasks
• Track marketing spend for campaigns, events, and trade shows and provide information to marketing leader to help calculate our ROI
• Additional responsibilities as needed

You will be

• A university graduate with a bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field or equivalent work experience
• Detail-oriented and consistent in your work effort and the quality of your output
• Take a proactive approach to all that you do
• Excellent in communicating with others and in conveying your thoughts in writing
• Results oriented with proven success in meeting deadlines
• Collaborative by nature; a team-player who enjoys being part of the success of the whole
• Self-motivated and well organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
• Good at judgment, decision-making and problem-solving 
• Able to readily identify issues, requirements, and opportunities for improvement
