The role you'll contribute:

The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for assisting marketing leadership in the development and implementation of marketing and communications initiatives for AdventHealth Carrollwood (AHC) and Hillsborough County. This includes marketing initiatives such as traditional advertising, digital advertising, social media and other electronic communications, marketing collateral, special events, community outreach, sponsorships, public relations, physician marketing and internal and external communications. Responsible for growing hospital volumes and tracking service line ROI. Assists with daily management of marketing budgets/invoices and communication initiatives for AHC.

The value you'll bring to the team: • Collaborates with Marketing Manager and colleagues across organization to develop and implement AHC marketing initiatives.• Acts as lead copywriter and project manager for assigned marketing projects and collateral materials - takes assigned projects from concept through implementation.• Manages all production elements for print advertising, including creative development and production, final delivery, etc.• Supports Marketing Manager in all digital marketing efforts, including management of AHC website and campaign landing pages, management of social media outlets and online advertising. • Collaborates with Division Internal Communications Manager to write and develop ongoing internal communications for the hospital and coordinates marketing's role in employee engagement activities such as Town Hall, appreciation weeks, employee holiday party and other employee celebrations/events.

Qualifications

The expertise and experiences you'll need to succeed : • Four-year Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Health Science or similar field.• Valid Florida driver's license• Two or more years of experience in marketing, advertising, sales or public relations with proven results.
