Position Overview
The Marketing Coordinator plays a key support role within the marketing team, helping execute a wide range of marketing activities that drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented, highly organized individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to gain hands on experience across digital marketing, conference/event coordination, and content management.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign & Project Support
• Assist in the planning, execution, and tracking of marketing campaigns across digital, print, and conference/event channels.
• Coordinate with vendors to deliver assets on schedule
• Maintain marketing calendars and campaign timelines to ensure timely execution
• Assist with reports and performance metrics tracking
Conference & Event Support
• Support the logistics of events and conferences
• Assist with speaking engagements, on-site engagements, registrations, travel arrangements, booth setup, and materials
• Prepare and ship collateral, promotional items, signage, etc…
• Assist with pre-event and post-event communications and lead follow-up
Digital Support
• Assist with updating website content, blogs, landing pages, etc…
• Help manage social media accounts by scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, and reporting on performance
• Support the email marketing process by building campaigns, maintaining contact lists, and tracking results
• Perform Account & Contact quality review and data entry weekly
• Assist with web chat quality review and enhancement
Conference & Event Representation
• Represent the company at industry conferences, trade shows, and partner events
• Assist with physical setup (if needed)
Administration
• Maintain organized records of marketing assets, campaign results, and vendor contracts
• Manage marketing inventory and order materials as needed
• Support invoice processing and budget tracking for marketing activities
• Collaborate with departments (Flight Coordination, Clinical, etc..) to gather input for campaigns
• Coordinate internal communication for marketing initiatives and updates
• Collaborate with Business Intelligence to maintain reporting and analytics that involve all marketing campaigns
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• 1-2 years of experience in a marketing role
• Strong writing and organizational skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Office software: Excel, PowerPoint, Word
• Experience in client-facing roles or sales support functions
• Comfortable traveling for conferences and events (10–20% travel required)
• Excellent project management and communication skills
• Knowledge of digital marketing tools
Preferred Skills
• Ability to work independently and cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
• Familiar with Salesforce, Marketing Cloud and Adobe Software

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
