**This position is a hybrid role based out of our San Jose office**

You are well known for constantly delivering accurate, top quality work for your clients. You successfully guide projects from concept to execution in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment. You are an excellent communicator who can support multiple professionals across the organization regarding their marketing needs. You love working independently and collaboratively to determine effective design solutions for your clients. Project management is your natural skill, and marketing is your upmost passion.
In this role, you will…

Create, design and implement marketing collateral on an as needed basis, providing creative input on projects the team may be tackling

Work on new business pitches, proposal graphics, infographics, invitations, post cards, signage, etc. as well as manage the Colliers Hub and social media channels for the regionÂ

Be a subject matter expert in Email Studio

Bring a strong understanding of marketing campaigns and innovative solutions to your clients, taking on project management and execution of marketing collateral

Be responsible for all administrative tasks on the marketing team as well as assisting the brokerage with signage creation and other marketing related orders

Create and format proposals, presentations, correspondence, RFP’s using MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign)

Manage our marketing database system, including updating internal & external information
What you’ll bring
-
1+ years of marketing and administrative support experience in a professional services environment
-
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Powerpoint, Excel), and Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign)
-
Degree / Associates Degree in Marketing or Communications
-
Positive attitude, motivation and determination to succeed in a marketing role in this industry
-
Ability to work in a highly fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
-
Strong organizational and communication skills
Bonus skills and experience

Commercial real estate experience
-
Intermediate proficiency in full Adobe Creative Suite Illustrator, Photoshop)

Email platform and/or Hootsuite experience

Approximate Hourly Range for this Role: $23 to $36.54/hour
Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
