Marketing Coordinator, Brazil

About the role

We are looking for a Marketing Coordinator in Brazil. In this role, you will support and coordinate upper funnel campaigns from start to finish, including the development of briefings, media buy planning, execution, and event coordination. Your role will involve creating performance reports, maintaining project records and budgets, and collaborating with the internal O&O team to ensure the successful execution of communication strategies. Additionally, you will monitor trends, develop reports and presentations, and support the Brazil Marketing team in all related activities.

You will:

• Support and help coordinate upper funnel campaigns from start to finish: development of briefings, media buy planning, targeting and segmentation, execution, and reporting.
• Oversee marketing campaign execution and implementation along with media buy, digital campaigns, and external agencies.
• Help create reports on performance results that analyze patterns and lead campaign optimization.
• Maintain accurate records and status of projects and budgets that will lead to on-time campaign delivery.
• Work with the internal O&O team to ensure the proper execution of all communication and campaign strategies.
• Coordinate event planning and execution to support marketing programs.
• Provide insights, monitor trends, and develop reports and presentations for all marketing activities.
• Support departments and global campaigns, localizing and adapting to the needs of the market and the community in the region.
•  Manage purchase order requests, track their status, and maintain the budget tracker.
•  Support the MKT team in the above activities.

In the role of Marketing Coordinator, you will report to the Senior SVOD Marketing Manager, Brazil.

About You

• You have experience in marketing campaigns, including development of briefings, media buy planning, and events. 
• You're able to analyze marketing campaigns performance and deliver actionable insights.
• You have experience working with internal teams and external agencies to coordinate and execute marketing strategies.
• You have experience managing multiple projects, timelines, and budgets.
• You have strong verbal and written communication skills to work cross-functionally and produce detailed reports and presentations.
• You're able to stay updated with the latest marketing trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
• You have experience working in a global organization.
• You have a background in brand marketing, tech, or entertainment.
• You are fluent in Portuguese and English; Spanish is a plus.
