Position Summary
We are looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join our fast-growing Commercial Marketing team in a temporary contract role for 4-6 months, averaging 100 hours a month. We are looking for a seasoned, detail oriented B2B marketing professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment. This individual will have relevant experience supporting rebrands including copywriting, project management, and design skills. In addition, this person will be managing our sales and marketing events, ranging from regional in-person and digital events to national trade shows.

Responsibilities Include:

Project Management of Rebrand Project: Utilizing ClickUp, manage daily tasks and workflows across cross-functional teams and vendors to ensure team is on track to hit target dates; if behind schedule, work to communicate with stakeholders on dependencies and risk mitigation to align schedules

Communications Planning and Coordination: Own and manage execution of internal and external communications timeline, including management of email cadences, social promotions, etc.

Copywriting: Creating net new materials as well as rewriting existing copy to match brand guidelines across multiple modalities (web pages, white papers, case studies, blog posts, etc.)

Detail-Oriented Execution: Manage all aspects of event and promotions logistics, including registration processes, team communications, shipping, materials production, etc. Upload and manage lists into Pardot/Salesforce. Serve as coordinator of all materials, setting processes and adhering to timelines and getting stakeholder approvals through tools such as ClickUp, Google Suite

Reporting and Analysis: Analyze the success of events and campaigns, gather feedback, and compile insights. Track KPIs and success metrics as well as lead flow and data management

Passionate about health tech marketing and have a can-do attitude and willingness to both lead/execute a range of events and digital marketing activities with input from multiple stakeholdersĀ

A detail-oriented individual with strong project management skills. Ability to coordinate multiple projects and deadlines/deliverables at once

An excellent communicator who can document processes and actions to keep other team members, leadership and vendors in the know about progress, challenges and recommended solutions

Comfortable in fast-paced, dynamic start up environment

Creative, innovative, and motivated to design and build things where they do not already exist

An expert in your craft with a desire to continue learning, and pride in getting things done
Desired Qualifications
-
5+ years experience and proven ability in a marketing role (health tech preferred); rebranding experience preferred

Proficiency in sales and marketing tools ranging from automation platforms such as Pardot/Hubspot, CRM (Salesforce), CMS (Wordpress), Project Management (ClickUp)

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with internal teams and external partners

Highly organized and detail oriented with excellent communication skillsĀ

A curious, self-motivated team player with a sense of urgency and excitement to grow and learnĀ

Bonus points if you:

Have prior start-up and/or SaaS experience

Have experience working within the health and wellness spaceĀ
