If so, we would love to talk with you! PARADIGM Structural Engineers is looking for a Marketing Coordinator to grow with our team. Schedule:Full-time, onsite position at PARADIGM’s office in downtown Chicago or Dallas Pay:$65-70k annual salary, commensurate with experience. The ideal candidate is creative, organized, and has strong communication and design skills. · Develop, maintain, and implement marketing databases, including project information, photos, employee resumes, and client data. · Assemble marketing packages, RFP responses, and “stand-alone” sector-specific packages; create additional brochures and collateral as needed. · Manage brand integrity across all printed and digital materials.’ · Maintain and update the company website as needed. · Write, edit, and review website content, social media posts, industry-related articles, and press releases. · Manage inventory of professional photography for web and print use. · Assist in creating and developing ads. · Assist with logistics for career fairs and industry events, including travel, booth setup, swag ordering/distribution, and representing the company professionally. · Maintain relationships with third-party vendors, negotiate contracts, and developing relationships with clients’ marketing teams. What you’ll need: • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) and Microsoft Office • Superior communication and proofreading skills (oral and written). • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask. • Excellent interpersonal and customer/client service skills. • Aesthetic sensibilities and an eye for good design. • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion. • Flexible and positive attitude; passion to learn and grow within the firm.
