Job Title: Marketing Coordinator Job Summary: We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a key part in developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives across various channels. You'll collaborate closely with two Brand Managers and report directly to the Post-Acute Brand Marketing Manager. Additionally, you'll work alongside our Senior Graphic Designer and Director of Events. You'll participate in weekly meetings with the team to collaborate and manage projects collaboratively. This opportunity positions you to make a direct impact on marketing campaigns at SimiTree, a leading force in the post-acute and behavioral health space. Our mission is to empower organizations to achieve excellence, ultimately allowing them to deliver superior patient care. You will collaborate with subject matter experts and learn from the best in healthcare consulting. Together with the Marketing Managers, you'll curate high-quality updates and educational resources, keeping our clients informed on industry events, news, and milestones that solidify our position as thought leaders. Responsibilities: • Coordinate the development and execution of 3-5 monthly webinars, including coordination, messaging creation, email & social promotion. • Manage conference promotion efforts, including email marketing and social media campaigns for 10-15 conferences a month. • Assist Brand Managers with the development and implementation of digital marketing and solution campaigns. • Develop and maintain engaging social media content calendars and manage daily posts. • Be a quick learner and adaptable to new marketing tools and technologies (e.g., AI, Marketing Cloud, Salesforce, Monday, SEMrush). • Assist with website content creation and manage SEO optimization for landing pages and blog posts (basic understanding of SEO required). • Manage and optimize LinkedIn Ads campaigns for monthly webinars. • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in marketing. • Generate reports and analyze marketing campaign performance metrics.Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. • 4-5 years of experience in a marketing coordinator or similar role. • Proven experience in developing and executing marketing campaigns across multiple channels (digital, social media, email). • Strong understanding of content marketing principles and best practices. • Excellent writing and editing skills with the ability to create clear, concise, and engaging content. • Proficient in project management and organization skills. • Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketing Cloud) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) a plus. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Excellent time management and prioritization skills. • Strong analytical skills with the ability to track and interpret marketing data.Bonus Points: • Prior experience in the healthcare consulting industry, specifically with post-acute or behavioral health, is a plus, but not required. • We have excellent training materials and will equip you with the knowledge you need to succeed. Physical Requirements: • Activities require a significant amount of sitting at office and work desks in front of a computer monitor. • Ability to travel as needed for the position via airline or vehicle transportation. • Regularly required to verbally communicate, listen, and give presentations as needed.The physical requirements are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential function of the job. Salary range/ Benefits: $50,000- $60,000 The compensation scale listed is a general salary range and is not intended to represent the actual annual or hourly compensation rate for this role. An offer will be made to the selected candidate at the conclusion of the interview process based on their relevant experience and the responsibilities of the position.
