Marketing Data Assistant

GrowthAssistant is looking for a detail-oriented Marketing Data Assistant to support one of our US-based clients in organizing and maintaining marketing performance data and dashboards. Youll work closely with the Director of Media to keep analytics reports updated accurate and presentation-ready. This role is ideal for someone with excellent Google Sheets skills and strong attention to detail who enjoys structured repeatable work.

Tasks:

• Update and maintain marketing dashboards in Google Sheets using raw data provided by agency partners

• Pull performance data from affiliate platforms such as Amazon Affiliate

• Populate bi-weekly marketing decks with refreshed data (using pre-built templates)

• Perform light spreadsheet tasks like copying/pasting values extending formulas and updating date ranges

• Ensure all reporting documents reflect the most current and accurate data

• Support ad hoc data requests and routine reporting tasks as assigned

Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of experience in a marketing operations or data support role

• Proficiency in Google Sheets (formulas tab organization basic data manipulation)

• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

• Strong written English communication for clear reporting and documentation

• Ability to work independently and deliver recurring reports on time

• Comfortable working US EST hours

Nice-to-Haves:

• Experience using the Amazon Affiliate platform or similar affiliate dashboards

• Familiarity with marketing performance data and reports from media agencies

• Background in eCommerce consumer packaged goods (CPG) or performance-driven marketing
