Marketing Designer

Location: Cincinnati Office 

Hybrid Schedule: 3 days in office / 2 days at home weekly

Job Summary
PatientPoint is looking for a full-time Marketing Designer. This Marketing Designer will work as a member of the creative department.

You must have a proven ability to conceptualize and design high-end, highly creative, professional graphics. You must be comfortable working as part of a collaborative, dynamic, forward-thinking, diverse, and dedicated creative team. We are actively looking to add an experienced Marketing Designer to our already engaged and committed team. Please have an online or electronic portfolio or reel to share.

What You’ll Do

• Design a variety of marketing materials including sales slicks, case studies, whitepapers and web content.
• Concept and design various types of digital advertisements.

• Design and edit PowerPoint presentations.

What We Need

• Strong layout skills for both print and digital.
• Digital advertising experience (mobile ads, landing page design).
• Email and website design experience.
• Conference/tradeshow asset design experience.

Desired Qualifications

• Exceptional problem-solving skills, time/project management and organizational ability.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
• Video compositing experience is not mandatory, but a nice to have.

What You'll Need to Succeed

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Xd, Photoshop, and Illustrator).
• Advanced PowerPoint design and editing capabilities.
• Attention to detail throughout the concepting, design and graphic production process.
• Ability to juggle multiple projects and still meet deadlines.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated, independent worker capable of executing projects without continual supervision.
• Excellent command of typography, color theory and web optimization.
