We are seeking a dynamic and visionaryDirector of Marketingto shape and lead our marketing strategy across all channels. In this pivotal role, you will build and execute high-impact campaigns, create memorable branded experiences, and drive digital growth initiatives that boost brand awareness, online sales, and audience engagement.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership & Planning
• Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing and e-commerce strategy aligned with company goals to strengthen brand positioning and accelerate growth across retail and online channels.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product, e-commerce, and IT teams to ensure a cohesive go-to-market approach.
• Identify market trends, competitive insights, and customer behaviors to inform marketing initiatives, product positioning, and online experience optimization.
• Lead the re-platforming and optimization of e-commerce websites in partnership with internal and external teams, ensuring design, functionality, and user experience drive engagement and sales
• Manage and optimize the marketing and e-commerce budget, including paid media, platform costs, and resource allocation.
Digital, Brand & Campaign Leadership
• Direct the creation and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across digital (SEO, SEM, PPC, email, social, affiliate), print, and event channels to maximize reach and conversions.
• Oversee site performance and conversion rate optimization (CRO) efforts, including A/B testing, personalization, and mobile optimization.
• Ensure brand consistency across all communications, digital experiences, and customer touchpoints.
• Partner with merchandising and product teams to align promotions, product launches, and online offerings with customer demand and retail strategies.
Team Leadership & Development
• Lead, mentor, and develop a multidisciplinary marketing and e-commerce team, including digital, creative, and analytics professionals.
• Foster a collaborative, innovative, and results-driven culture with a focus on growth, experimentation, and continuous improvement.
Analytics & Performance Measurement
• Leverage web and marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics) to monitor site performance, user behavior, campaign effectiveness, CAC, ROI, and revenue contribution
• Produce regular reporting for executive leadership with actionable insights and recommendations.
• Continuously analyze customer acquisition, retention, and revenue metrics to optimize strategies for maximum impact.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• 7+ years of progressive marketing experience, with 3+ years in a leadership role, ideally including digital marketing and e-commerce management experience.
• Proven success in developing and executing integrated campaigns that drive measurable results across online and offline channels.
• Expertise in digital marketing tools, e-commerce platforms (Adobe Commerce/Magento preferred), SEO/SEM, and analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics).
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills with a passion for innovation and results.
Preferred Skills
• Experience in retail, aftermarket automotive, or consumer goods e-commerce.
• Familiarity with UX/UI principles, product catalog management, and personalization technology.
• Knowledge of emerging technologies such as AI-powered personalization and AR/VR marketing.
• Demonstrated ability to manage large budgets and deliver positive ROI.
