Marketing Director

Overview We are seeking a passionate and results-oriented Marketing Director to join our team and lead the marketing efforts for our independent senior living community. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing innovative marketing strategies to increase brand visibility, drive lead generation, and enhance community engagement. Duties • Responsible for achieving budgeted occupancy for leased apartments • Schedule and conduct tours • Follow up with prospects utilizing a CRM system • Act as liaison with residents and residents’ family members • Preparing leases for new residents • Collaborate efforts with the Executive Director in developing and implementing promotional ads, sales collateral, rates, contracts, and policies • Conducts competition analysis • Assist the Executive Director and Facilities Manager in quality control and improvements of the apartments and property • Communicates with the Facilities Manager on apartment turns to ensure apartments are ready to be leased • Perform any related duties as assigned Job Type: Full-time Pay: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year Benefits: • Dental insurance • Health insurance • Paid time off • Vision insurance Ability to Commute: • Sun City, AZ 85373 (Preferred) Ability to Relocate: • Sun City, AZ 85373: Relocate before starting work (Preferred) Work Location: In person
