Position Overview

Hanson Capital is seeking a highly skilled and strategic Marketing Director to join our team. Reporting directly to the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO), you'll be the operational execution arm of our marketing function, focusing on optimizing HubSpot usage, executing impactful marketing campaigns, and driving key performance indicators to achieve our business objectives.

What You'll Do: Responsibilities & Impact
As our Marketing Director, you'll be instrumental in a variety of key areas, driving our marketing efforts forward:
HubSpot Optimization & Integration
• Manage and optimize ourHubSpot Marketing and Sales Pro configuration.
• Ensure seamless integration between marketing and sales functions to streamline processes.
• Develop and maintain sophisticatedlead scoring modelsto effectively qualify Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) and Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs).
• Create efficient workflows for lead nurturing throughout the sales funnel.
• Implement robustattribution reportingto track conversion from MQL to SQL to closed business, providing clear ROI insights.
• Configure and optimize dashboards for performance monitoring and maintain impeccable data integrity and hygiene within the platform.
Campaign Management
• Organic Social Media Campaigns:Develop quarterly social media calendars aligned with business objectives, create platform-specific content for LinkedIn, Twitter, and other relevant channels, manage post scheduling and engagement monitoring, and track performance metrics to optimize strategy.
• Email Marketing Campaigns:Design and implement nurture sequences for different segments, create email templates aligned with brand guidelines, conduct A/B tests on subject lines, content, and CTAs to improve performance, and monitor deliverability, open rates, click-through rates, and conversions. You'll also segment lists based on investor profiles and behaviors for targeted communications.
• Content Development Oversight:Oversee the creation of compelling blog posts focused on real estate investment insights, ensure content aligns with our SEO strategy and buyer personas, maintain an editorial calendar with a consistent publishing schedule, and repurpose content across channels for maximum impact. You'll also track content performance and optimize based on data.
Analytics & Reporting
• Build and maintain comprehensivemarketing dashboardstracking key metrics across all initiatives.
• Prepare detailed monthly and quarterly performance reports, analyzing conversion rates throughout the funnel, monitoring customer acquisition costs, and assessing ROI.
• Identify trends, opportunities, and provide actionable recommendations for continuous improvement based on your insights.
Lead Generation & Nurturing
• Optimize lead capture forms and landing pages to maximize conversion.
• Develop and refine lead scoring criteria to improve lead quality.
• Create targeted content for each stage of the investor journey and implement effective nurture campaigns for different investor segments.
• Monitor and continuously improve conversion rates from MQL to SQL.
Investor Experience & Communication
• Design clear and efficient communication workflows for different stages of the investment process.
• Create standardized templates for subscription package reviews and due diligence.
• Ensure timely follow-up throughout the sales funnel and develop comprehensive post-investment communication strategies.

Deliverables & Timeline
You will be responsible for delivering:
• Weekly:Campaign performance updates and HubSpot optimization progress reports.
• Monthly:Comprehensive performance reports, detailed campaign analysis, and strategic recommendations.
• Quarterly:Strategic review sessions, a finalized content calendar, and in-depth campaign planning.
The Marketing Director will serve as the operational execution arm of the marketing function, taking direction from the CMO's strategic vision while maintaining day-to-day ownership of marketing operations, campaign execution, and platform optimization to drive tangible business results.
