Job Overview:
As the Marketing Director atXthings, you will lead our global marketing function and play a key role in shaping the brand, growth strategy, and GTM go-to-market execution for our AIoT solutions. You’ll drive both strategic direction and hands-on execution to build awareness, generate demand, and accelerate business impact.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the overall marketing strategy and execution across product lines, geographies, and customer segments.
• Develop integrated GTM plans to support new product launches, channel expansion, and sales pipeline growth.
• Build and refine brand positioning to strengthen our leadership in the AI + IoT industry.
• Oversee all marketing channels — including digital, content, events, PR, and partner marketing — ensuring cohesive messaging and measurable ROI.
• Partner closely with PMM, Product, and Sales teams to align market insights, messaging, and campaigns that drive adoption and conversion.
• Establish data-driven processes for campaign performance, lead generation, and funnel optimization.
• Lead and mentor a small but high-performing marketing team; manage external agencies and freelancers.
• Develop and manage the annual marketing budget to maximize impact and efficiency.
• Represent Xthings at key industry events, thought leadership opportunities, and media engagements.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in B2C/B2B marketing, preferably in Smart home, Security, IoT industries, SaaS, or technology, including at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record in buildingGTM strategies, brand positioning, and product marketing programsthat drive measurable business results.
• Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills; comfortable working in fast-moving, multi-culture and entrepreneurial environments.
• A balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution — data-driven, creative, and outcome-oriented — with deep curiosity for how AI is reshaping products and industries.
Job Type: Full-time
Projected Total Compensation: $80,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
