We're looking for a creative and results-driven Email Marketing & Crafting Specialist to join our team, crafting compelling content that guides and inspires our customers on their creative journeys. As an Email Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for managing email strategy campaigns and being our company’s voice through our website, blogs, and other marketing material. Responsibilities and Duties • Create paper crafts using our products to write informed content and stay familiar with industry tools and trends • Make and cut designs using Cricut Design Space or similar software • Manage email marketing platforms and execute weekly email campaigns • Create engaging content and copywriting for emails, website pages, landing pages, and product listings • Develop and produce quality photo and video content for emails and blogs • Write and publish blog content on Shopify to drive engagement and SEO • Collaborate with the marketing team to create a strong customer journey experience • Collaborate with graphic designer to ensure visually compelling emails • Track and analyze email marketing KPIs to improve performance • Develop and refine email marketing strategies to increase engagement and subscribers • Build and optimize automated email flows for a seamless customer journey • Suggest and implement improvements to our email marketing and content strategies Requirements and Qualifications: • BA/BS or equivalent working experience • Strong creative writing and copywriting skills • Experience with basic photography for marketing content • Familiarity with Shopify or similar website builders • Knowledge of digital marketing trends and best practices • Experience with lead nurturing, email marketing automation, and/or web analytics • Experience with email automation tools (Omnisend, Klaviyo, or similar) • Strong analytical skills to measure and optimize campaign performance • Excellent time management, problem-solving, and collaboration skills • Must be able to reliably commute or relocate to Arlington, TX before starting Software (Preferred not required) • Website / Sales - Shopify • File Storage - Dropbox • Creative software - Cricut Design Space or similar • Email Software - Omnisend / Shopify / Klaviyo Benefits Starting 1 week paid vacation, 1 week sick time after 60 day introductory period, the company pays 50% of medical, dental, and vision insurance. Salary dependent on level of experience and education.
