Marketing Executive IThis Retention Executive is an execution focused team-player & self-starter, who is able to think strategically and manage tactical detail, is both creatively and analytically, and can thrive in a fast-paced
environment.

Responsibilities:

Conceptualizing and implementing  end-to end user journeys/promotion from onboarding to reactivation using in-house tools or Marketing CRM Tool

Analyze daily campaigns & promotions, deliver key insights & optimize.

Coordinate with product/BI/Marketing and execute A/B test on the production environment 

Presenting daily/ weekly/ monthly reports of promotional campaigns 

Do Competitor research and suggest meaningful insights and enhancements periodically

Work closely with content/design Team to develop assets for Promotions 

Requirements:

• B.Tech or a bachelor’s degree.

• 1+ years in product or marketing execution

• Good analytical skills and attention to detail

• Good Excel skills are mandatory.

• Knowledge of CRM tools like Webengage or Clevertap is preferred

• Understanding of Databases, SQL or Tableau is preferred

• Ability to effectively communicate and manage relationships with Stakeholders
