Job Overview
This is a role for a Marketing Graphic Designer - Bilingual English/Spanish, based on-site in Garland, TX. The Marketing Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating and designing graphics that align with branding strategies, supporting social media marketing efforts, and contributing to overall marketing initiatives. Day-to-day tasks will involve working closely with the marketing team to develop visual content for various platforms, ensuring consistency across all marketing channels.

β’ Experience in the pro-audio, lighting, or video product industry is a plus
Responsibilities
β’ Develop and design visual content for various platforms, including websites, social media, and print materials.
β’ Create compelling logos, layouts, and digital art that align with brand guidelines.
β’ Collaborate with marketing teams to produce graphics for campaigns and promotional materials.
β’ Utilize content management systems to manage and update digital assets.
β’ Conduct photography sessions as needed to enhance visual storytelling.
β’ Present design concepts to stakeholders and incorporate feedback into final designs.
β’ Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in graphic design.
β’ Develop and execute social media content strategies that align with the companyβs marketing goals.
β’ Creating daily, engaging social media content and growing our following on Facebook, Instagram Tiktok & analyzing social media data to drive smart social media strategies
β’ Photographing our producst daily for social media posts
β’ Creating graphics for social media posts, email campaigns, marketing materials etc.
β’ Developing email campaigns in our email automation software & CRM to communicate with past, current and potential clients
β’ Assist in managing ad campaigns
β’ Graphic design to produce high-quality visuals that enhance social media posts, email campaigns and printed collateral.
β’ Monitor social media performance metrics and analyze data to optimize campaigns and improve engagement.
β’ Stay updated on industry developments, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital marketing and public relations.
β’ Create and edit photo and video content for web and social media platforms.
β’ Collaborate on product photography, including staging and editing.
Qualifications
β’ Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects.
β’ Strong skills in visual design, layout design, logo design, and digital art creation.
β’ Experience with content management systems is preferred.
β’ Excellent presentation skills with the ability to articulate design concepts clearly.
β’ A portfolio showcasing previous graphic design work is essential.
β’ Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also being self-motivated.
β’ Familiarity with photography techniques is a plus.
