Context :

Essity is working on new ways of integrating AI into our marketing & sales strategies and thus increasing the effectiveness of our tools. We’re engaged in a variety of projects, including digital synchronization, Enhanced marketing content creation, advanced measurement or consumer understanding. This list is not exhaustive and will be expanded in the future as new opportunities arise.

Your Responsibilities :

As an Marketing & AI Project Manager at Essity, you’ll lead execution of innovative AI projects that transform our business processes and drive revenue growth, all while upholding our ethical standards.

• Lead the implementation of AI strategies for the SouthWest region, in collaboration with global teams ;

• Work with marketing, sales, finance, and other teams to implement AI projects, ensuring deadlines are met and impact is measured ;

• Serve as regional main AI contact within Essity and build a network of external AI experts ;

• Keep abreast of the latest AI developments to inform our strategies ;

• Negotiate and influence internal stakeholders to gain support for AI initiatives inside SW region

Your Profile :

We seek a curious, analytical, and business-oriented professional who can maximize brand growth through AI, ensuring excellence in execution and great interpersonal skills.

• In-depth knowledge of commercial challenges, markets, and customers/consumers ;

• Ability to plan, coordinate, and oversee complex AI projects ;

• Excellent proficiency in data analysis with an interest for statistical tools and modeling methods ;

• Strong communication skills for collaboration and stakeholder engagement ;

• Acting as a smooth operator, problem solver and being comfortable dealing with ambiguity as IA landscape is evolving quickly ;

• Understanding of ethical implications related to AI usage ;
