Marketing Intern - Fordham Rose Hill Center

Job Description

As a Marketing Intern, you will assist the marketing team with events across campus. Assist in event planning, marketing and execution. This position is ideal for a nutrition student in any track. Prior experience isn?t the most important thing ? we're looking for students who are ready to be trailblazers with Aramark.
Essential functions and responsibilities of the position may vary by location based on client requirements and business needs.

Job Responsibilities

• Collaborate with culinary team, campus Registered Dietitian and nutrition interns to plan events
• Assist in updating signage throughout the dining halls
• Support nutrient analysis for all food items served
• Conduct audits at campus dining locations on a regular basis
• Create content for social media
• Maintain excellent customer service and positive demeanor towards guest, customers, clients, co-workers, etc.
• Ensure security of company assets
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Previous relevant working experience preferred
• An interest in pursuing work in the nutrition field
• Ability to maintain a friendly, efficient, positive customer service attitude toward students, clients, and co-workers
• Ability to maintain a contagious and positive work ethic
• The ideal candidate will be a current student at Fordham University.

This role may have physical demands including, but not limited to, lifting, bending, pushing, pulling and/or extended walking and standing. This role may also require uniforms and/or usage of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).

Compensation Data

"COMPENSATION: The hourly rate for this position ranges from $16.00 to $16.00, depending on circumstances including an applicant?s skills and qualifications, certain degrees and certifications, prior job experience, market data, and other relevant factors. Additional compensation may include a bonus or commission (if relevant). This is Aramark?s good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of compensation for this position as of the time of posting.

If hired, employee will be in an ?at-will position? and Aramark reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time AND FOR ANY REASON, including, BUT NOT LIMITED TO for reasons related to individual performance, Aramark or individual department/team performance, and market factors."
