Job Description:
SLC is seeking astrategic, creative, and results-driven Marketing Managerto lead and elevate our marketing initiatives within the construction industry. This role is instrumental in strengthening SLC’s brand presence, supporting business development objectives, and driving sustainable growth through innovative marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of leadership, creativity, and analytical insight to oversee all aspects of marketing—from concept development to execution—ensuring alignment with the company’s mission and goals.
Key Responsibilities
• Strategic Planning:Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive marketing plans that effectively promote SLC’s construction services and brand identity.
• Collaboration:Partner closely with Business Development personnel to execute marketing initiatives and maintain essential databases that support client outreach and relationship management.
• Brand Management:Ensure consistency and integrity of SLC’s brand identity across all marketing materials, communications, and campaigns.
• Budget Oversight:Establish and manage the annual marketing budget, ensuring strategic allocation of resources and cost-effective execution of initiatives.
• Team Leadership:Supervise and mentor the Marketing Assistant, providing guidance and oversight on all marketing activities.
• Cross-Functional Coordination:Work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners—including agencies, media outlets, and consultants—to align messaging and maximize marketing impact.
• Content Development:Review and refine proposals, presentations, and other deliverables—both print and digital—to ensure all materials reflect SLC’s brand standards. This includes qualifications packages, RFP responses, and interview presentations.
• Collateral Management:Oversee the creation and maintenance of marketing collateral such as white papers, fact sheets, and staff resumes that highlight SLC’s expertise and project portfolio.
• Internal Communications:Review and edit internal communications to ensure clarity, consistency, and alignment with company values.
• Digital Marketing:Support the development of engaging social media content and ensure website content remains current, relevant, and optimized.
• Photography Oversight:Coordinate professional photography for projects, employees and company events. Manage relationships between photographers, clients, and architects to ensure high-quality visual assets for marketing use.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree inMarketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum offive years of marketing experience, preferably within the construction or related industry.
• Proven ability tolead marketing initiatives, manage teams, and oversee complex projects from concept to completion.
• Exceptionalverbal and written communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and brand consistency.
• Stronganalytical and strategic thinkingabilities, with experience interpreting data to inform marketing decisions.
• Proficiency indigital marketing strategies, including social media, content marketing, and analytics.
• Highly organized, with the ability tomanage multiple prioritiesand meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstratedcreativity and problem-solving skills, with a proactive and adaptable mindset.
• Familiarity with marketing tools and software such asAdobe Creative Suite, Prezi, Proposify, and Contact Monkey.

Pay: $85,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
