Position Overview
As theRegional Marketing Manager, you will own and execute full-funnel marketing strategies tailored to regional market dynamics. You’ll lead the charge on digital, traditional, and grassroots marketing efforts—analyzing performance in real time and collaborating with cross-functional teams to keep lead flow aligned with business capacity. This role is built for someone who is equal partsstrategist and operator, with the Excel skills to turn data into decisions and the accountability to follow through.
Key Responsibilities
Regional Strategy & Execution
• Own the full marketing strategy across digital, traditional, and local channels for your assigned region.
• Plan and launch localized campaigns that drive demand and align with sales team capacity.
• Balance paid search, social, direct mail, events, SEO, and grassroots partnerships—strategically and effectively.
Performance Tracking & Analytics
• Use Excel like a pro—pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, dashboards—to analyze CPL, lead flow, COM, ROI, and other KPIs.
• Adjust and optimize campaigns on aweekly basis, not quarterly.
• Drive marketing accountability with measurable results and clear insights.
Cross-Functional Leadership
• Work hand-in-hand with Sales, Operations, and Finance to align marketing efforts with business goals.
• Forecast lead requirements, improve funnel efficiency, and report on territory-level performance.
• Manage regional vendor partners and media relationships to ensure execution is seamless.
What We're Looking For
• Experience:5+ years of marketing experience, preferably in a regional or territory-based role.
• Excel Mastery:Comfort building custom reports, analyzing trends, and running what-if models.
• Campaign Expertise:Proven ability to execute and optimize digital and full-funnel campaigns.
• Collaborative Mindset:Strong cross-functional communication and stakeholder management.
• Bias for Action:You don't wait to be told what to do—you anticipate, execute, and own outcomes.
