Marketing Manager

Overview We are Vista Investments: owners, operators, designers, and developers of hotels.Our full suite of services includes hotel development, design, management, and franchising. We are currently searching for a dynamic Marketing Manager to support a portfolio of managed hotels and franchisees by driving brand awareness, increased bookings, and developing a multi-channel content strategy. Role must have strong understanding of digital marketing, strong communication skills to convey messages to consumers as well as cross functioning teams, creative eye for developing content and highly organized to manage priorities and multiple projects. Duties and Responsibilities · Basic to advanced knowledge of Excel to generate revenue management reports · PPC campaign management · Manage content updates on our various websites · Develop and manage content calendar for each hotel · Use content calendar to coordinate and execute marketing campaigns across various channels · Email marketing campaign creation and strategy · Social media (Meta, IG, Tiktok) content creation and strategy · Provide technical system support to hotels · Evaluate analytics reports to drive SEO and content strategy Graphic Design a Plus · Develop and build brand identities, guidelines and enforce execution · Create unique branded assets to support various owned websites, email campaigns, social media strategy, on-property marketing, in-room collateral, etc. · Create marketing materials, presentations, and infographics Required Experience · Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Teams) · Outstanding organizational, project management, and file-organization skills · Experience with content management systems, social media platforms, email marketing tools, digital ad platforms Plus Experience · Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Basic Qualifications . Minimum of 2 years of experience in Marketing Education: • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required .
