As theMarketing Manager, you will play a critical role in designing and executing dynamic marketing campaigns that elevate our brand, strengthen our reputation and drive customer engagement across multiple channels. As the Marketing Manager, you’ll work collaboratively with Belmont Village community leaders and Corporate teams to deliver impactful marketing strategies that inspire trust, connect with target audiences and support business objectives. YOUR TYPICAL RESPONSIBILITIES • Develop, lead and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns for Belmont Village Senior Living communities to achieve business goals and promote brand awareness • Design, implement and evaluate marketing campaigns across digital, print and social media • Participate in the creation of marketing materials including research, content creation, copywriting, proofreading and layouts • Conduct campaign analysis to optimize effectiveness and prepare reports of campaign results • Collaborate with various community leaders and Corporate departments to ensure campaigns are aligned with business objectives • Support market research by analyzing trends, identifying target audiences and providing insights into the competitive landscape • Support reputation management strategies including monitoring online reviews, coordinating timely responses and implementing initiatives that strengthen brand perception and trust • Support marketing event planning and execution MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS • Bachelors degree in Marketing or related field of study • 3-5 years of related work experience including contributing to Marketing campaigns • Applied knowledge of Hubspot, Canva, Hootsuite, and AirTable or similar project management tool • Demonstrates strategic thinking related to campaign creation and performance analysis • Digital Marketing experience with email marketing and social media • Proficient in copywriting with professional copywriting experience • Collaborative with excellent communication skills • Must be able to communicate clearly in verbal and written English • Flexibility to travel overnight as needed • Ability to meet tight deadlines, manage multiple projects simultaneously and work with diverse personalities • Consistent and reliable attendance is essential for all Belmont Village employees to ensure the successful operation of the business ABOUT THE COMPANY Belmont Village Senior Living owns, manages, and operates luxury senior living communities across the United States and in Mexico City, Mexico.
