Marketing Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager to oversee our events, brand management, and website initiatives. This role is crucial in driving our marketing strategy and enhancing our company's visibility and reputation. The ideal candidate will be a creative problem-solver with a passion for events, branding, and digital marketing.

Responsibilities:

Events Management:

• Own and manage all external events, including tradeshows, conferences, speaking engagements, and customer appreciation events
• Plan and execute internal corporate events such as Sales Kick-Off (SKO), President's Club, and other similar company-wide gatherings
• Develop and implement community relations events to strengthen ties with local communities near our data center locations
• Manage event budgets, logistics, and vendor relationships for all event types
• Measure and report on event ROI and attendee engagement
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure event objectives align with overall business goals

Brand Management:

• Develop and maintain brand guidelines
• Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels and materials
• Collaborate with internal teams to reinforce brand messaging and identity

Website Management:

• Oversee website content strategy and updates
• Collaborate with web development team to improve user experience and functionality
• Analyze website performance metrics and implement improvements

Team Leadership:

• Manage and mentor marketing team members
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing initiatives with company goals

Reporting and Analysis:

• Develop and present marketing performance reports to senior leadership
• Analyze marketing trends and competitor activities to inform strategy

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on events, brand management, and digital marketing required
• Proven track record in successfully planning and executing corporate events
• Strong understanding of brand management principles and best practices
• Excellent project management and organizational skills
• Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities
• Willingness to travel up to 30% of the time

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in HubSpot for marketing automation and CRM management required
• Experience with Canva for creating marketing collateral and visual content required
• Familiarity with various AI tools for marketing optimization and analysis required
• Experience with website content management systems and analytics tools required

Education/Certifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or equivalent experience

Work Environment:

• Remote work is supported two days a week.
