Who We're Looking For
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts and drive brand awareness. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various marketing strategies, including digital marketing, and social media. This role requires a creative thinker with excellent analytical skills who can lead a team and manage them on successfully developing and implementing effective marketing campaigns that align with our business goals.
What You'll Be Doing
• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and drive customer engagement.
• Lead a team of 2-5 marketing and sales professionals
• Manage all aspects of marketing automation, ensuring efficient workflows and lead nurturing processes.
• Oversee budgeting for marketing initiatives, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
• Create and manage email marketing campaigns that effectively communicate our value proposition to targeted audiences.
• Collaborate with the e-commerce team to optimize online sales channels and improve user experience.
• Utilize HTML skills to design and update web content as needed for promotional activities.
• Lead video creation and editing radio, photography and other multimedia strategies including performance analysis.
• Plan and execute advertising campaigns across various platforms to increase reach and conversion rates.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape insights that inform strategy.
• Monitor SEO performance and implement best practices to enhance organic search visibility.
What You'll Bring
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Excellent Leadership skills
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proven experience in a marketing management role with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
• Proficiency in marketing automation tools and techniques.
• Strong budgeting skills with the ability to analyze financial data effectively.
• Experience with email marketing platforms and best practices for campaign execution.
• Basic knowledge of HTML for website updates is preferred.
• Expertise in media marketing, including content video creation and analytics.
• Experience in advertising sales or managing advertising campaigns.
Preferred Skills and Experience:
• Video Editing
• Experience with professional cameras & camera equipment
• Proven experience audio editing & recording, including Podcasting
• Media buying (billboard, radio, TV, and social media, etc.)
• Project Management & Creative Leadership
• Brand Development
• Bilingual (English/Spanish preferred)
