Job Description
Our client, a premier vacation home rental company, offers a meticulously curated selection of luxury vacation homes that epitomize the best in modern design, upscale amenities, and exceptional service. Each property not only offers a lavish stay but also seamlessly integrates with the local community, providing our clients with around-the-clock support from their dedicated local team and access to the finest coffee and toiletries in the area. Our client's commitment lies in maintaining and sharing these homes to the highest standards, promising a level of luxury and opulence that is felt upon entry and goes beyond words.
They are adding a Marketing Manager to the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a rebranding strategy that encapsulates the essence of our client's curated vacation homes, focusing on the luxury, quality, and consistency that sets them apart.
- Identify and evaluate new market opportunities that resonate with their commitment to premium vacation experiences.
- Utilize lead generation techniques to connect with potential customers, investors, and partners who appreciate the quality and luxury our client represents.
- Plan, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns that showcase the unique appeal of the vacation homes.
- Analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies to align with the brand's promise.
- Manage the promotional materials, use, and strategy behind them.
- Design and manage direct mail campaigns (as well as email campaigns) that reflect the elegance and attention to detail found in the properties.
- Develop and implement a social media strategy that captures the essence of the company's luxury vacation experience.
- Create engaging content that evokes the emotions guests feel upon entering the homes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
- 2-4 years of marketing experience, with a proven track record in rebranding, market expansion, and lead generation.
- Understanding of SEO and Google Adwords.
- Experience in the real estate or adjacent industry (e.g., property development, luxury hospitality, or high-end travel) is highly desirable.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Proficiency in using marketing tools and platforms such as CRM software, email marketing, and lead generation tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinking and a passion for staying up-to-date with industry trends.
Compensation
- $75,000-85,000 base salary
