We specialize in residential landscaping, lawn maintenance, and a thriving retail garden center. We’re looking for a creative and organized Marketing Manager to help grow our brand and connect with our community. Responsibilities • Develop and manage annual marketing plans to support sales and brand growth • Manage and/or create and schedule content for social media, email campaigns, and website updates • Oversee advertising campaigns on Google, Meta, and local media platforms • Plan and promote seasonal events, sales, and community activities • Track and report results; adjust strategies based on performance data • Manage photography, video, and graphic design projects • Ensure consistent brand identity across Landscaping, Lawn Maintenance, and Garden Center divisions • Collaborate with leadership and vendors to coordinate campaigns and creative projects Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred) • 3+ years of marketing experience, ideally in retail, landscaping, or related industries • Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media strategy, and Google Ad. • Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Meta Business Suite, and similar tools • Excellent writing, organization, and communication skills • Creative mindset with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines • Interest in nature, plants, or outdoor living is a plus Why Work at Earth Works • Locally owned, community-driven company culture • Creative and supportive work environment • Opportunities for professional growth and creative ownership • Employee discount at our Garden Center • Insurance and many perks • Work surrounded by greenery, inspiration, and a passionate team Schedule & Pay • Full-time, on-site position • Monday–Friday, with occasional weekends for events • $25 - $30/ hour depending on experience Job Type: Full-time Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week Benefits: • 401(k) • Employee discount • Flexible schedule • Health insurance • Life insurance • Paid time off • Vision insurance Work Location: In person
