About the Role:We’re seeking a Marketing Manager to play a pivotal hybrid role supporting both internal marketing initiatives and external client relationships within the aesthetics and plastic surgery industry. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment and enjoys working cross-functionally with a scrappy, high-performing team.
This role is split 50/50 between account management and event/content marketing. You'll work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners — from plastic surgeons to executive leadership to production teams — to ensure seamless delivery of marketing content, event support, and client success initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Success / Account Management (50%)
· Act as the primary point of contact for MediaPSC plastic surgeon members, building strong relationships and ensuring ongoing value and retention.
· Partner with the Content Manager to align marketing deliverables with each client’s goals.
· Lead client onboarding processes, maintain contracts, and ensure all documentation is current.
· Participate in new member introduction meetings (no sales component).
· Proactively check in with members to ensure they are using their content assets and seeing results.
· Manage internal client trackers, meeting cadences, and performance summaries.
Marketing & Event Execution (50%)
· Oversee day-to-day marketing operations including creative direction, content planning, and cross-channel support for MediaPSC flagship YouTube show – HeyDoc (@the plasticsurgerychannel)(social media, email, web, YouTube).
· Partner with internal teams (events coordinator, logistics lead, social media manager, production crew) to execute industry events and studio filming sessions.
· Contribute to the development of YouTube content strategies including titling, scripting, thumbnails, and metadata optimization.
· Provide day-to-day social media planning and support for MediaPSC-owned accounts and channels to drive new client acquisition, increase brand/partner engagement, and support member retention goals. Responsibilities include scheduling content, coordinating with creative teams, and monitoring engagement across platforms.
· Support event marketing deliverables (assets, signage, content prep) and assist with in-person execution alongside internal stakeholders and members.
· Collaborate on email marketing campaigns, including drafting copy, list segmentation, and analyzing engagement performance.
· Utilize tools like MailChimp, Brightcove, YouTube Studio, Canva, and Monday.com to manage projects, track tasks, and report on outcomes.
Qualifications:
· 3–5 years of professional experience in marketing, account/client management, event coordination, or a related field.
· Strong background in project management, with demonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholders and timelines effectively.
· Experience working in a cross-functional team environment, with ability to lead initiatives without micromanagement.
· Excellent communication skills — able to interact professionally with physicians, executives, creatives, and vendors.
· Highly organized with a self-starter mentality; can establish and manage meeting cadences, trackers, and internal workflows independently.
· Comfortable being client-facing in both clinical and industry-facing settings.
· Prior experience with event marketing, content production, or healthcare/aesthetics industry is a strong plus.
· Proficient with tools like Microsoft Teams, Powerpoint, Word, Onedrive, Dropbox, Monday.com, Canva, YouTube Studio, MailChimp, , and.
