Marketing Manager Reports to:Director of Marketing Location:Remote (USA) Date:September 2025 Company:Emma AI is a startup on a mission to help people build lasting, healthy habits with the power of AI. Your Role:You will lead our marketing campaigns, evaluate our marketing performance metrics, and collaborate with internal teams (mainly the product team). We're looking for someone with a strong marketing sense and stellar communication skills. Attention to ascetics and all those little design details is a major plus too. Salary from $70,000 $120,000 based on experience (wide range based on experience). Responsibilities — Execute marketing strategy across paid — social and community. — Create paid ads campaigns that help people discover and fall in love with Emma. — Experiment with creative growth channels (organic + paid) to drive adoption. — Partner closely with head of marketing and founders to align brand messaging. — Build and nurture a community of users, champions, and partners. — Track results and use insights to continuously improve our approach. Who You Are — Has 3 to 5+ years of experience in marketing (yes, college experience counts). — Loves storytelling and knows how to make complex ideas simple and inspiring. — Is very comfortable tossing ideas out there, testing them quickly and iterating. — Understands growth and branding, and enjoys balancing both.
