Marketing Manager

Gourmondo, a growing Seattle-based food company with cafés, a beer hall, catering, box lunches, and wholesale programs, is seeking a Marketing Manager. This role is ideal for a creative professional with skills in photography, graphic design, social media management, and digital marketing. Responsibilities • Help create signage and marketing collateral across all company divisions (cafe’s, catering, box lunches and wholesale). • Manage social media channels with strong photography/video content and influencer outreach. • Update and maintain website with fresh images, seasonal promotions, and SEO-focused content. • Coordinate PR efforts and respond to media inquiries. • Develop internal newsletters and external client emails (monthly). • Track marketing performance using analytics tools and adapt strategies for growth. • Assist in developing and managing the marketing calendar and budget and vendor relationships. • Support cafés and beer hall promotions and events. Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, or related field preferred. • 3–5+ years marketing experience, preferably in food/hospitality. • Strong skills in photography, graphic design, and Adobe Creative Suite. • Experience managing social media, influencer campaigns, and digital content. • Knowledge of SEO, analytics, and email marketing tools. • Ability to balance creative vision with project and budget management.
