We're seeking a passionate and experienced marketing professional to join our team and drive our brand's growth. Job Description: We are looking for Marketing to lead our marketing efforts and drive brand awareness and demand for Moira in our key markets. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker and meticulous project manager with a proven track record in developing and executing comprehensive marketing campaigns. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with MOIRA's brand vision and business objectives & goals • Lead the creation and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns to build brand awareness and drive sales • Manage and optimize marketing budgets, ensuring maximum ROI on all marketing initiatives • Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities across key consumer segments and regional markets to inform strategic decision-making • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, sales, e-commerce, finance and customer service • Oversee the development of compelling content across various platforms, both online and offline including social media, email, website and in-store • Define, monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to track marketing performance and optimize strategies • Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering a culture of creativity and innovation Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field • Minimum 3+ years experience in marketing, with a focus on beauty or consumer goods industry • Proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns • Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision making • Excellent leadership and communication skills • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms • Experience in managing budgets and analyzing ROI • Passion for beauty and staying current with industry trends • Proficiency in Microsoft Office To Apply: Please submit your resume, cover letter, and portfolio of past marketing campaigns [email protected] MOIRA is an equal opportunity employer and values diversity in our workplace.
