We’re looking for a creative and data-savvyMarketing Managerto join our fast-paced, team-oriented company. This is a full time in-office position in our Bellevue office. This key role supports three affiliated businesses in real estate investment, property management, and construction. You'll lead branding initiatives, manage digital presence, direct third-party contractors, and use data insights and SEO to drive strategy and enhance market visibility.
This is a unique opportunity to influence marketing direction across a diverse portfolio of apartment buildings while ensuring brand cohesion and high standards in all outreach efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
Infinity Property Management
• Lead rebranding of new acquisitions—naming, design direction, and collaborating with marketing contractors.
• Manage all property websites, digital listings, and SEO strategy.
• Write listings, coordinate photography/virtual staging, and maintain Google/Yelp profiles.
• Oversee signage, print materials, and branded merchandise for internal teams.
Limelite Development
• Maintain consistent branding across projects and platforms.
• Manage company website, social media, and media development (photo/video).
• Design marketing materials for listings, on-site signage, and buyer handoffs.
• Coordinate digital communications and newsletters via MailChimp.
• Attend weekly cross-company meetings to align efforts and timelines.
Private Investment Firm
• Ensure brand consistency in all investor-facing materials.
• Create marketing collateral, investment offerings, and quarterly reports.
• Manage company website and email campaigns; develop overall brand strategy.
• Analyze SEO, website traffic, and campaign performance to guide decisions.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
• 3+ years of relevant marketing experience specifically in property management; real estate or construction a plus.
• Strong grasp of SEO, web analytics, and brand strategy.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and CMS platforms.
• Skilled in project management, communication, and creative execution.
• Experience with MailChimp or similar platforms for email marketing.
• Experience in Appfolio or similar property management program preferred.
• Skilled in website management, specifically Squarespace and Word Press.
• Experience in CAD renderings preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
