Marketing Manager

We are looking for a Passionate Marketing Manager with more than five years of experience and proven skills on retail, marketing, financials & business processes; capable of developing collaborative relations with multifunctional peers driving positive change. 

What You Will Do

• Developing, executing and tracking the Marketing Plan of the portfolio under his/her responsabilities to deliver sales growth, Market share, Brand Building and profit targets (both in short and long term).
• Leverage on consumer and shopper insights to develop product and commercial innovations to develop competitive advantages and win consumer preference.
• Identify opportunities in current portfolio to win in the market place.
• Establish collaborative relationships with Country Managers and Commercial Partners, Business Logistics, Product Development and Product Supply peers.

Who You Are

• Professional in Business Administration, Marketing and/or related to the area.

• More than five years of experience on retail, marketing, financials & business processes

• Analytical Skills
• Knowledge on Market Measurements (Market Share, Sales Fundamentals, Household Panel, etc.)
• Exposure to consumer and customer insights development
• Knowledge of consumer markets context in Caribbean
• Price strategy management/tools.
• Leadership and positive influence skills across all organizational levels.
• Communication Skills across different audience types.
• Microsoft office programs (Excel, power point, etc).
• English B2
