Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to enhance the growth of our lab chemicals portfolio.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement marketing campaigns
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities
• Create compelling content and materials to support marketing initiatives
• Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to optimize campaigns
• Manage budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure flawless execution of marketing plans
• Evaluate the efficiency of channel programs and improve upon them.
• Performs detailed analysis and routine reporting around business performance and segmentation.
• Establish and nurture connections with important individuals, such as clients and influential figures within the industry.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in chemical, life sciences, or similar discipline. Graduate degree or MBA preferred
• 8+ years' experience in strategic marketing with digital, product management, and project management in the chemical market or similar markets.
• B2C marketing experience preferred, especially those who got share gains in the steadfast market.
• Excellent skills in analyzing and developing strategies
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Ambitious and driven to achieve goals
• Fluency in English and Korean
