Develops and implement marketing strategies to promote Senox Corporations multiple brands and product lines. Leads a cross-functional team to drive overall business growth, increase brand awareness, oversee marketing campaigns and ensure alignment with business goals and objectives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to promote brands and products.
• Analyze market trends, customer behavior and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and formulate strategies to increase sales and brand awareness.
• Oversee content creation, ensuring it aligns with brand guidelines and resonates with target audiences.
• Monitor and report on campaign performance, adjusting strategies to optimize results.
• Collaborate with sales, product and operations teams to ensure cohesive messaging and execution of strategies across all channels.
• Manage marketing budget and allocate resources effectively.
• Manage vendor relationships & coordinate purchasing of marketing materials.
• Plans meetings and trade shows by identifying, assembling, and coordinating requirements; establishing contacts; developing schedules and assignments; coordinating mailing lists.
• Organize and manage promotions and product launches to maximize visibility and engagement.
• Maintain and enhance brand image and reputation.
• Accomplishes organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
• Stay up-to-date with latest marketing trends and technologies.
• Lead market research efforts to uncover the viability of current and existing products/services.

SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS
• Minimum of 10 years Marketing experience with 6 years being in a leadership role
• Proven track record of meeting deadlines in a fast-paced Marketing environment
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
• Experience managing marketing campaigns and budgets
• Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM systems
• Strong understanding of digital marketing platforms, tools, and strategies
• Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills
• Experience with Business Intelligence Tools
• Analytical skills to forecast and identify trends and challenges
• Product Marketing Experience Preferred
WORKING CONDITIONS
Office-based (non-remote) with occasional travel for events.

Pay: $127,982.00 per year
