About Your Role 

As a Marketing Manager you will have a strong focus on growth marketing within our dynamic and growing team. This role is pivotal in driving our company's growth by developing and implementing marketing strategies that increase brand awareness, generate leads, and drive sales. You have proven track record in creating effective marketing campaigns across various channels, leveraging data analytics to optimize performance, collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives, and planning demand generation events and tradeshows.


What You'll Do 

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive growth strategy to achieve lead generation, engagement, and revenue goals.
  • Design, implement, and monitor effective marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, email, social media, and events, that align with the buyer's journey and business goals.
  • Leverage marketing automation and CRM tools to streamline, automate, and measure all marketing tasks and workflows.
  • Plan and execute demand generation events and tradeshows, including logistics, vendor management, promotional materials, and post-event follow-up, to maximize brand visibility and lead generation opportunities.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges within the transportation and logistics industry to inform marketing strategies.
  • Collaborate with sales, product, and content teams to ensure alignment on objectives, messaging, and target audiences within the transportation and logistics space.
  • Optimize lead nurturing processes through email, content, and social channels to convert leads into customers.
  • Analyze and report on campaign performance and marketing effectiveness, using data to drive strategic decisions and continuous improvement.
  • Manage the marketing budget, ensuring resources are allocated effectively to achieve maximum ROI.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in demand generation, marketing technology, and the transportation and logistics industry to drive innovation and efficiency.

What You'll Bring 

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, with at least 3 years focused on SaaS demand generation in a B2B environment.
  • Strong understanding of growth strategies, digital marketing, content marketing, and marketing analytics.
  • Proficient in marketing automation and CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot).
  • Experience in planning and executing trade shows and demand generation events, with a proven track record of success.
  • Excellent analytical skills with an ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Strong project management skills, with an ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Creative thinker with a customer-centric approach to marketing.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge and experience of the marketing intricacies of the transportation and logistics industry, with a strong understanding of freight technology and SaaS services.

How We Work  

  • We work sane, sustainable, and flexible working hours.  Our Core Hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 - 5:00 pm CST.

  • While travel is minimal, a valid passport may be required if international travel is anticipated for your role.
