Marketing Manager

We are seeking a dynamic, creative, and results-driven Marketing Manager to join our team in Bridgeview, IL. This role requires a candidate with strong graphic design skills, digital marketing expertise, and a strategic mindset to effectively promote our brand and services. Responsibilities • Graphic Design:Create visually engaging digital and printed marketing materials, including advertisements, social media graphics, brochures, flyers, and promotional assets. • Digital Marketing:Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, generate leads, and drive customer engagement. • Print Media Coordination:Communicate and coordinate with external printing companies to produce high-quality printed media and advertisements. • Social Media Management:Create and execute effective social media strategies across popular platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, TikTok, etc.) to grow our audience and increase brand visibility. • Google Ads Management:Develop, launch, and optimize Google Ads campaigns, analyzing performance data and refining strategies to maximize ROI. Qualifications: • Proven experience in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field. • Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar tools. • Demonstrated experience managing successful digital advertising campaigns, particularly with Google Ads. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Strong organizational and project management abilities. • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
